Control Your Home’s Lighting, Wherever You Are.

Lighting is important. With ideal lighting, you can create the ambiance you want, make your home more comfortable and inviting, and safer. At Current Electric, we use products from Lutron and Savant to automate your lighting and personalize it to suit your preferences.

With our lighting control, you can:

  • Control how much daylight comes into your home with blinds that can be adjusted remotely.
  • Have occupancy sensors that sense when a room is empty and turn the lights off automatically.
  • Use dimmers to create different moods.
  • Set your lights to turn on at a specified time to make it look like you are home.
  • Create settings (called “scenes”) that control multiple lights in a room according to your specifications. Scenes are fully customizable to your family’s needs and activities. For example, with a morning scene, you could customize the lights in your bedroom to come on slowly at a preset time, waking you up gradually. A reading scene could dim certain lights while turning on a reading lamp, all at the touch of a single button or even based on a preset schedule.
